About Kerry Smith

Kerry, a lifelong Floridian, began his journey in Gulf Breeze and spent much of his formative years in Pensacola. After completing his education at Florida State University, he relocated to the Tampa Bay area, where he resided for approximately 25 years while maintaining strong ties to the Pensacola community. In 2014, Kerry and his wife returned to the Panhandle, where he launched his real estate career, successfully assisting numerous families in finding homes in Escambia and Santa Rosa counties.

Prior to his return, Kerry owned and managed a thriving strength and conditioning gym in Tampa Bay, where he dedicated himself to helping clients achieve their fitness goals. This experience taught him the value of combining passion with profession. While he cherishes his background in fitness, he finds his work in real estate to be equally, if not more, fulfilling. His business philosophy centers on service, making real estate a natural fit for his commitment to helping others. He believes that true enjoyment in one’s work translates to excellence in performance.

Kerry is also committed to giving back to the community. Since 2015, he has contributed over $50,000 of his commissions to local heroes who have selflessly served others. Although he has not served in the military himself, he expresses his gratitude by offering financial support to those who have.

In 2017, Kerry earned his broker's license and currently serves as the President Elect of the Rotary Club in Milton, Florida, further demonstrating his dedication to community service and leadership.
