Kevin Stanley, a native of Washington State, has made his way back to the West Coast, settling in Palm Springs after a distinguished 23-year career in Chicago. There, he served as a trusted commercial real estate advisor with CBRE, the largest commercial real estate firm globally, and U.S. Equities Realty, a leading player in Chicago's commercial sector that CBRE acquired in 2014. Throughout his tenure, Kevin was integral to office and retail leasing teams that catered to both national and international institutions, as well as private investors, contributing to a remarkable $370 million in lease value for their clients.

Now representing both buyers and sellers in Palm Springs and the broader Coachella Valley, Kevin leverages his exceptional communication, marketing, and negotiation skills to help clients realize their real estate aspirations.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Denver and has earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute.

Outside of his real estate endeavors, Kevin enjoys outdoor activities with friends, including hiking in the desert and mountains. He has a passion for vintage cars, often attending cars and coffee events with his classic Mercedes-Benz convertible. His interests also extend to dining, design, architecture, cinema, and exploring the diverse landscapes of California's mountains, deserts, and beaches.
