Born and raised in Santa Barbara, Kevin grew up in a nurturing family environment. [He/She/They] is the proud parent of two boys, born in July 2006 and August 2012.

In 1989, while attending UC Santa Barbara, Kevin took a summer break to compete on the professional tennis satellite circuit in Europe. This experience ignited a passion for cultural exploration, leading [him/her/them] to study abroad in Salzburg, Austria, during [his/her/their] junior year. These transformative experiences fueled a lifelong desire to travel.

Just four days after graduating from UCSB in 1992, Kevin embarked on a journey to Europe, spending nearly four years working in Austria, Germany, Japan, and New Zealand, while visiting over 50 countries across Europe, Africa, Asia, and the South Pacific.

After extensive travel, Kevin returned to the U.S., residing in Telluride, Colorado, and Lake Tahoe, California, before earning an MBA from Thunderbird - The American Graduate School of International Management in 1999. [He/She/They] returned to Santa Barbara in 1999 and has been a committed Real Estate Agent at Sotheby’s International Realty since 2001.

**Personal Work Experience - Pre-Real Estate**

Prior to establishing a career in real estate in 2001, Kevin gained experience in sales and marketing with two companies from September 1999 to August 2001. The first was an internet start-up that shifted direction after ten months, prompting [him/her/them] to seek new opportunities.
