Kevin Scarmack brings over a decade of experience in the Western North Carolina real estate market, having co-founded Mountain Oak Properties in 2013 alongside two colleagues.

A graduate of East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Kevin began his professional journey as an Account Executive at Lamar Advertising in Asheville, where he successfully marketed advertising space to both local and national clients. In 2005, he transitioned to Land Resource Companies, specializing in land sales across the mountainous regions of North Carolina, Tennessee, and West Virginia. This role was pivotal in enhancing his expertise in the construction and development sectors. Since 2014, Kevin has collaborated with local contractors to construct new homes in sought-after areas of Asheville and its surroundings. He is dedicated to guiding clients through the home-building process, ensuring that they are engaged and informed as their visions come to life.
