Kevin began his real estate career at the end of 2008 just as the Arizona real estate market had crashed hard He got involved in real estate investment with a community of like minded people that mentored him through the process of starting a business In March of 2009 he partnered with Tully-Holland International a local small to mid size real estate investment company Kevin began servicing all of their needs at the Trustee sale foreclosure auctions in Maricopa County Arizona

Over 2009 and through late 2010 Kevin developed a bidding service for investors purchasing investment real estate raised private capital to do a few transactions himself and learned a whole lot about Arizona real estate investment in the metro Phoenix area In mid 2010 Kevin was blessed with an opportunity to work with a large private equity commercial and residential real estate investment group Chase Merritt Kevin was responsible for the trustee sale bidding for their group and in the 3rd quarter of 2010 we successfully purchased 75 properties
