I've been a Realtor since 2005 and have been associated with some of the best and brightest in the business For 13 years I worked in the Roanoke Valley real estate market originally with Long and Foster Realtors to Lichtenstein Rowan Realtors In my first year not only was I a million-dollar volume producer But Long and Fosters’ Rookie of the Year for all of SW Virginia and a top 10 Producer every year after with multiple awards including Gold Platinum and Presidents awards Even through the Recession when many in my field left for other careers I became an expert in short sales helping distressed homeowners work with their lenders to escape suffocating financial positions with grace and dignity I have always prided myself in going the extra mile for a client doing things that other Realtors may not feel is in their job description but are the little things that make all the difference My goal is to educate my clients and help them make decisions that are in their best interest It is my goal to help make the transaction as seamless and smooth as possible with the least amount of stress I'm always there for past clients when they have questions about home maintenance contractors property taxes and other random housing-related questions
