About Kim Moyer

Kim has dedicated four decades to the real estate profession, achieving the prestigious Realtor Emeritus status in 2020. He began his career as a REALTOR in 1980, during a time of unprecedented interest rates. For 31 of those years, he was affiliated with CENTURY 21 Heritage Realty, where he earned his Broker's License in 1987. Together with partners Michael Wheeler and Bob Argento, he established "The Sold Team of CENTURY 21 Heritage Realty."

Kim served as President and was an active member of the Board of Directors for CENTURY 21 Heritage Realty, a firm he co-owned with ten other agents until its acquisition by Prudential Bob Yost Homesale Services in 2013. The company subsequently transitioned to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Homesale Realty, where The Sold Team continues to thrive as a leading team in York County.

Throughout his career, Kim has received numerous accolades for his contributions to real estate, both as an individual and as part of a team. Notably, he has been recognized as one of "The Best of York County" REALTORS by readers of the York Sunday News for 20 consecutive years. His other honors include being named RAYAC's REALTOR of the Year in 2009, receiving the Preserving Trust Award from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Homesale Realty in 2016, and earning the Community Service Award from RAYAC in 2021.

A lifelong resident of York County, Kim graduated from Red Lion Area Senior High School and York College. He and his wife, Cindy, reside in East York and share four children. A respected figure in the community, Kim is known for his calm demeanor, meticulous nature, and unwavering commitment to excellence.

He has been a member of the Board of Directors for Shadowfax Corporation since 1985, currently serving as Board Chairman. Additionally, he is an active Lions Club member, having held the position of President, and has sponsored local youth sports teams. Kim has also volunteered with Junior Achievement for over a decade.

In his leisure time, he enjoys watching the Green Bay Packers, golfing, spending time with family, engaging in political discussions, bowling, and playing poker.
