Seeking a change from the harsh winters, she relocated to California in 2006, where she spent four years as an account executive for national banks, specializing in loan sales.

Her diverse background includes roles as a loan processor and underwriter, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry. This multifaceted experience enables her to effectively serve her clients and guide them through the home-buying process.

For the past decade, Kim has worked in the semiconductor industry, managing a Customer Service Business Development unit. While this role was rewarding, she realized her passion for real estate and the joy of helping clients find their ideal homes, prompting her return to the field.

In her leisure time, Kim enjoys attending music festivals, where she can often be found on the dance floor or assisting behind the scenes with electronic music producers and DJs. She is also an active member of the Yelp Elite community, enjoys caring for pets through Rover, volunteers at orphanages worldwide, and has traveled extensively to destinations such as Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Italy, Croatia, and Montenegro.
