Kim Tyler, a third-generation Realtor and proud native of Tulsa, brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to her role as the Managing Broker of the Chinowth & Cohen Realtors Owasso office. A graduate of Jenks High School, Kim has dedicated her career to guiding and mentoring fellow agents, ensuring their success in the competitive real estate landscape. Kim's real estate career began in her teenage years, where she spent summers working in her family's new home construction business. Her early responsibilities included answering phones, organizing house plans, and managing various office tasks. By the age of 20, she had obtained her real estate license and focused on assisting clients with new construction projects, helping them design and build their dream homes while also facilitating the sale of their existing properties. In 2009, she and her mother, also a Realtor, joined forces at Chinowth & Cohen Realtors, forming a dynamic mother-daughter team.

In recognition of her leadership and dedication, Kim received the Chinowth & Cohen Realtors Leadership Award in 2018, an accolade bestowed upon her by her peers. "This honor made me realize that mentoring and supporting others is where my true passion lies," she reflects. This realization motivated her to pursue her Broker-Associate License in 2020, and in 2021, she began training alongside other brokers. By 2022, she had accepted the position of Managing Broker for the Owasso office.

Kim's approach to real estate is rooted in her commitment to her clients. "I strive to make the buying and selling process as seamless and enjoyable as possible," she explains, acknowledging the stress often associated with real estate transactions. Outside of her professional endeavors, Kim cherishes time spent with her family, including her husband, children, and new grandchild. She enjoys cooking, reading, hiking in nature, camping, and off-roading adventures. While she appreciates a relaxing beach vacation, she finds her true peace in the mountains.
