About Kimberley Sandberg

Kim Sandberg began her real estate career in 2006, coinciding with the onset of the housing market downturn. Despite the challenging environment, she demonstrated remarkable resilience, becoming the top producer at her brokerage within just two years.

Since then, Sandberg has committed herself to continuous professional development, obtaining several prestigious designations, including GRI, ABR, CRS, SRS, and ePro. She is also a licensed real estate broker and has actively contributed to the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors as a member of the Education Committee. Additionally, she is a co-founder and member of the leadership team for REBarcamp Jacksonville.

In 2012, she established The Sandberg Team, where she leads a dedicated group of agents and administrative professionals in expanding their business. By 2019, The Sandberg Team achieved recognition, ranking 16th in the Jacksonville Business Journal’s Book of Lists for Small Real Estate Agent Teams.

Kim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Advertising from Indiana University and brings over 16 years of experience in advertising sales and business development to her real estate practice. In 2020, she joined Coldwell Banker Vanguard Realty, playing a pivotal role in the firm's expansion into the Nocatee community as the Broker Manager. In mid-2021, she transitioned back to direct sales by founding Ponte Vedra Key Realty, where she and her team serve clients throughout Northeast Florida from their Nocatee base.

Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, Kim moved to Glenview, Illinois, in 1976. She met her husband, Scott, while working at a boutique advertising agency in Oak Park, Illinois. They recently celebrated 29 years of marriage and have a daughter, Kaeli, who resides in Southern California. Outside of her professional commitments, Kim enjoys shopping, swimming, and traveling internationally, often indulging in her husband’s passion for gourmet food and fine wines.
