Upon graduating, he established a floral business that supplied products to seven locations across Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. This venture not only expanded his product catalog but also cultivated a loyal customer base, which he successfully sold after six and a half years.

Real estate has always been a passion for Kimberly, influenced by his family's background in construction and investment. Growing up with a father who built homes and commercial properties fostered his interest in the field. A self-starter with a strong work ethic, he has consistently adapted to market changes, carving out a niche for himself in the industry.

In his inaugural year as a real estate agent, Kimberly joined the Treasure Valley Exchangers, gaining expertise in 1031 exchanges and investment properties.
