With a career in real estate that began in 1995, Kimberly brings a wealth of experience and a unique entrepreneurial spirit to the industry. His journey into business commenced at the young age of nine, when he and his sister launched a lollipop marketing venture, managing everything from production to sales for three years. This early exposure to business dynamics laid a solid foundation for his future endeavors.

During high school, Kimberly gained valuable retail experience working at CR Anthony's and Sears in West Park Plaza. Upon graduating, he established a floral business that supplied products to seven locations across Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. After three years, he transitioned the business into a wholesale distributorship, addressing the needs of former competitors who struggled to find quality floral supplies. This venture not only expanded his product catalog but also cultivated a loyal customer base, which he successfully sold after six and a half years.

Real estate has always been a passion for Kimberly, influenced by his family's background in construction and investment. Growing up with a father who built homes and commercial properties fostered his interest in the field. A self-starter with a strong work ethic, he has consistently adapted to market changes, carving out a niche for himself in the industry.

In his inaugural year as a real estate agent, Kimberly joined the Treasure Valley Exchangers, gaining expertise in 1031 exchanges and investment properties. Over the past decade, he has focused primarily on residential real estate, collaborating with numerous builders and developers. He values teamwork and has built a supportive network of fellow agents, which has contributed to his status as one of the top producers in the region since his second year in the business.

After two decades in real estate, Kimberly achieved the designation of Designated Broker in Idaho and Principal Broker in Oregon. In November 2015, he founded Goldwings Real Estate Group, where he leads a dedicated team of agents and full-time staff. The brokerage specializes in a diverse range of real estate services, including residential, commercial, farm and ranch, and land development.
