About Kimberly Koll
Kimberly Koll's journey in real estate began in a family deeply rooted in the industry, spanning two generations. Since 2005, she has demonstrated her expertise across various aspects of the business, including administration, marketing, and supporting numerous transactions as a trusted partner to leading agents. Her comprehensive knowledge of the San Diego real estate market is particularly focused on the Poway Unified School District and the I-15 Corridor.
As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), Kimberly possesses specialized insight into the needs of mature clients and 55+ communities. Additionally, her credentials as a certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP) are complemented by her personal experience as the spouse of an active-duty military member, enabling her to provide invaluable support to military families navigating the relocation process. A graduate of the University of San Diego, Kimberly earned her bachelor’s degree in communication and urban studies. While in college, she gained experience working with top agents, and upon graduation, she joined a prominent local commercial leasing firm. However, her true ambition lay in residential real estate. In 2017, she established Kimberly Koll Homes in partnership with a leading luxury agency in San Diego, achieving remarkable success by selling 17 homes in her inaugural year and earning the Rookie of the Year award from the Greater San Diego Association of Realtors®.
In 2021, Kimberly founded Heritage Homes San Diego, which emphasizes a personalized, relationship-driven approach to real estate, combining exceptional service with innovative marketing and technology.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Kimberly actively engages with the brokerage community and participates in various philanthropic activities. She volunteers regularly at her children's school and with Moms in Prayer, and she is involved with the Poway Auxiliary Unit for Rady Children’s Hospital, contributing to fundraising initiatives. In her leisure time, Kimberly cherishes moments with her family, exploring the diverse attractions of San Diego, from the zoo to amusement parks and the scenic beauty of the bay.
