Kim Beers is a dedicated real estate professional with deep roots in Thousand Oaks, California. As a second-generation Realtor, she has experienced a diverse upbringing that involved frequent relocations throughout California, as well as in Tucson and Flagstaff, Arizona. During her time in Arizona, Kim pursued studies in Graphic Design, Journalism, and Creative Writing, while also honing her skills in website development.

In 2011, Kim relocated to Albuquerque, New Mexico, where she obtained her real estate license in 2014. Her career quickly flourished, earning her numerous accolades, including a nomination for Rookie of the Year by the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors in 2015. From 2015 to 2019, she received multiple Top Agent awards at Coldwell Banker Legacy. Notably, in 2016, she appeared on TLC's popular show, "My First Home," and in 2020, she was recognized as a member of the REMAX 100 Percent Club and ranked among the Top 10 Teams in New Mexico. In 2021, Kim purchased and renovated a charming home in the idyllic community of Celebration, Florida, where she also obtained her Florida real estate license. This move brought her closer to her passions for Disney and beach life.

A family-oriented professional, Kim has been married since 2018 and shares her life with her husband and four rescue dogs. Their wedding took place at Disneyland, and they are proud annual passholders at Walt Disney World.
