Kimberly Knearem has deep roots in Southern California, having relocated to Texas in the early 1990s. Her career began as an apartment leasing consultant, where she quickly discovered her enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service and assisting individuals in their search for a new home.

Over the years, Kimberly advanced in multifamily property management, ultimately achieving the role of Property Manager. During this time, she also contributed to her company's due diligence team for new acquisitions. She holds both the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Area Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) certifications from the National Apartment Association. Following her certification achievements, Kimberly transitioned to a Regional Manager position in single-family home rentals, marking the beginning of her fulfilling career in real estate sales.
