Kimberly is a long time Coachella Valley resident and former practicing attorney As a real estate and corporate attorney in the Desert Kimberly has been involved with all aspects of real estate from representing developers in the acquisition and entitlement of real property to working with Homeowner's Associations in amending and maintaining their CC&R's Developments Kimberly has been involved with include Rancho La Quinta CC The Reserve The Plantation The Palms The Renaissance on Clancy Lane and Porcupine Creek amongst others \n\nKimberly has always enjoyed giving back to her community In that spirit she volunteered her time to serve as the incorporating attorney for many of our Desert's charitable corporations including The Children's Discovery Museum The Palm Springs Air Museum Court Appointed Special Advocates and The Debbie Chisholm Memorial Foundation Kimberly currently enjoys volunteering with her children's schools and at the Coachella Valley Rescue Mission \n\nAs a full time resident for 25+ years Kimberly has enjoyed watching the Desert grow She is keenly aware of the changing demographics and of all our Desert lifestyle has to offer the full time and part-time resident She also stays on top of trends in the market that may affect decisions of when and where to buy or sell \n\nKimberly and her husband have 3 boys ages 21 18 and 14 all of who have been born and raised here in the Desert In her free time she enjoys hiking golfing and experiencing all the Coachella Valley has to offer
