Kim Spears, a distinguished real estate agent and multi-million dollar producer, is a proud native of Florida. Raised in a small town near Pensacola, often referred to as "Lower Alabama," she has deep roots in the region, where her family continues to cultivate cotton, corn, and other crops.

Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Florida. Following her graduation, she embarked on a career in banking with Bank of America, where she excelled as a Financial Strategist and Commercial Lender. In this role, she was responsible for underwriting loans and projects for notable clients, including the Florida Marlins, PGA Golf Course, and Fresh Express Salads.

Despite her success in finance, Kim recognized that the demanding hours and lengthy commute were not conducive to family life. Seeking a more flexible career that would allow her to balance work and motherhood, she transitioned into real estate. Initially drawn to the field by a genuine interest in home design and a desire for her own dream house, she soon discovered the reality of the industry.

Reflecting on her early days, Kim recalls a client’s skepticism regarding her experience. Undeterred, she confidently offered, “Give me one hour of your time, and if I don’t provide value, I will accept your ‘no.’” This determination marked the beginning of her nearly 17-year journey in real estate, during which she has thrived.

Over the years, Kim has come to realize that her true passion lies not in the properties themselves, but in the relationships she builds with her clients. She considers it a privilege to assist others in their real estate journeys, acknowledging that her clients are the reason she can enjoy precious time with her daughters, now aged 12 and 17. Kim remains grateful for the opportunity to serve and support her community.
