About Kimberly O'Leary

Kim, a native of The Bronx, New York, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Hofstra University. Following her graduation, she embarked on a career in the television, radio, and music industries in New York City. After starting a family, Kim relocated to Putnam Valley, New York, where she began her real estate journey in 2001 and became a licensed Real Estate Broker in 2004.

In 2005, Kim and her children made the move to Peoria, Arizona. After a few years in real estate loan processing, she pursued further education and earned a Master’s Degree in Education from Arizona State University in 2008. This allowed her to spend more time with her young children while teaching in the Peoria Unified School District.

Kim re-entered the real estate sector in 2013, joining Arizona Premier Realty in Glendale, Arizona. Her primary focus is on the Northwest Valley, encompassing Peoria, Glendale, North/West Phoenix, Surprise, and Sun City. With over a decade of experience in the West Valley, Kim possesses in-depth knowledge of local schools and neighborhoods, enhancing her ability to serve her clients effectively.

Outside of her professional commitments, Kim enjoys family time, attending sporting events, concerts, and participating in various community festivals and activities throughout the West Valley. She is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, the Arizona Association of Realtors, and the West Maricopa Association of Realtors. Additionally, Kim has obtained several designations, including the Real Estate Technology certification (e-Pro), Real Estate Digital Marketer Certification, and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS).
