Kim, a lifelong resident of Humboldt County, considers this region her true home. After spending part of her early adulthood in Texas while her husband served in the military, she gained a fresh perspective on the unique attributes of Humboldt County. Upon returning, Kim and her husband purchased their first home in Fortuna, further solidifying their roots in the community.

An active community member, Kim currently serves on the board of the Fortuna Chamber of Commerce and is the family coordinator for Santa’s Sleigh. She is also deeply involved in youth sports, reflecting her commitment to local engagement. In her leisure time, Kim enjoys traveling, camping, indulging in all things Disney, and cherishing moments with her husband and their two dogs, Tank and Bear.

Since joining Cornerstone Realty in 2016 as a Broker Assistant, Kim has developed a profound knowledge and passion for real estate. This dedication led her to obtain her real estate license in 2018. Her hard work, charisma, and genuine enthusiasm for the industry have quickly established her as a respected Realtor. Under the mentorship of Cornerstone’s founder, Sally Conley, Kim furthered her education and successfully passed her Broker's exam in 2020.

In April 2021, Kim took a significant step by purchasing Cornerstone Realty, stepping into the role of Broker/Owner with the invaluable guidance of veteran broker Sally. She is enthusiastic about leading a talented team of agents who represent Cornerstone Realty. Kim is well-versed in all aspects of real estate, whether assisting first-time homebuyers or managing investment properties.
