About Kimberly Wimmer

Kimberly Wimmer is a dedicated REALTOR® with over five years of experience in the real estate industry. She finds immense fulfillment in assisting clients to discover their ideal homes, believing that everyone deserves to love where they live. The moments she shares with clients at the closing table bring her joy that rivals only the happiness she experiences as a mother.

In addition to her role as a real estate agent, Kimberly is the owner of a property management company serving Sedgwick and Butler counties. As a single mother, she has three daughters: one adult married daughter and two who are currently in high school. Her eldest daughter, who resides in Newton, Kansas, is raising seven children with her husband, while her middle daughter is preparing to start her freshman year at Wichita State University. Kimberly's youngest daughter is a sophomore in high school, and together they navigate the challenges of adolescence, particularly during the disruptions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

For much of her children’s upbringing, Kimberly served as a school bus driver, an experience she cherishes for the opportunities it provided to bond with her children and participate in their school activities. This role, along with her previous experience as a co-owner/operator of an HVAC company, has equipped her with a unique blend of empathy and resilience—qualities that serve her well in real estate.

In May 2014, Kimberly faced a significant personal challenge that led her to pursue a career in real estate. After overcoming financial difficulties, she sold pies during the holiday season to fund her real estate education. By January 2015, she successfully passed the Kansas Real Estate Exam on her first attempt and became fully licensed by mid-February. She launched her real estate career with RE/MAX on March 1, 2015, closing her first transaction just weeks later.

Kimberly believes that a house is merely a structure; true happiness comes from the love and joy within its walls. She is committed to guiding her clients through the home buying and selling process, emphasizing that a home filled with laughter and warmth is what truly makes a space special.
