Following his graduation, he embraced life in Ohio for two decades, where he built a successful career in telecommunications as a software designer. In 1995, he relocated to California, marking a significant transition in his professional journey.

In 1999, Chip obtained his real estate license and became part of the Coldwell Banker team. He further advanced his qualifications by earning his Broker's License in 2014.
