About Knolly Williams

Knolly Williams, a native of Brooklyn, New York, was raised in Los Angeles, California, after his family relocated there in 1980. At 18, he moved to Austin, Texas, to work alongside his uncle, where he eventually met Josefina Saldana, whom he married in 1992.

In the same year, Knolly founded his own record label, which quickly gained traction. By 1998, the company had expanded to 14 employees and 18 recording artists. A significant milestone came in 1999 when he secured a distribution agreement with EMI, the parent company of Capitol Records. His label garnered attention from major media outlets, including ABC, NBC, FOX, CBS, and Newsweek, and was featured in over 300 newspapers globally. It emerged as the largest independent label in Central Texas and a leading force in its genre, achieving over one million CD sales. However, by 2001, the rise of digital downloading severely impacted the music industry, leading to a drastic decline in sales.

In 2003, after more than a decade in music marketing, Knolly transitioned to real estate. Prior to obtaining his license, he studied "The Millionaire Real Estate Agent" by Gary Keller. Within his first 60 days in the field, he secured nearly 30 listings, and within a year, he established himself as one of the top REALTORS® in Central Texas. By 2008, he ranked among the top 20 RE/MAX agents in Texas, completing 96 transactions that year, totaling $15.5 million in sales.

Knolly joined Keller Williams Realty in 2009, bringing a wealth of experience and a commitment to continuous learning. In addition to managing his real estate practice, he serves as a MAPS fast track coach, training Keller Williams agents in the intricacies of listing, processing, and closing short sales. He is also the CEO of 7 Day Systems LLC, a real estate training company, and MoreSolds LLC, which offers a free online contact management system for real estate professionals.
