Kris Kelly, a lifelong Floridian, relocated to Gainesville in 1995 to pursue her education at the University of Florida, where she developed a deep appreciation for the community. After earning degrees in Psychology and Criminology, she embarked on a 14-year career in Victim Services at the State Attorney’s Office. In her role as a program coordinator, victim advocate, and conference planner, Kris provided essential support to countless Gainesville residents, demonstrating her compassion, understanding, and exceptional communication skills during critical times.

With a strong background in guiding individuals through challenging situations, Kris combines a confident demeanor with an energetic approach. Her passion for real estate, particularly in renovations and remodels, led her to obtain her real estate license in 2013. Since then, she has channeled her vision and enthusiasm into serving the residents of Alachua County.

Kris resides in Gainesville with her husband, Karl Bullock, and their two children. The family enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and biking, as well as immersing themselves in the vibrant culture of downtown Gainesville.
