Hi I’m Krista Wissinger with OMNI Homes International
I’ve lived in Tucson since 1982 and what I love about Tucson is the variety You can live in the city near the U of A for that college vibe or further out for a more rural feel without a far drive to the city We have some of the best hiking trails up in the mountains foothills or desert landscaping I got my real estate license in 2017 and before that I worked in the construction industry for 23 years
I wanted to have a more direct path to helping people and real estate was a great fit I love negotiating and fighting for my clients to get in their dream home or sell their home for the most profit In 2020 I received my Accredited Buyer’s Representative and e-PRO certifications and 2021 I earned my broker’s license
I currently serve on the architectural committee in my community and have a passion for helping homeless pets find a forever home I’ve become involved with TRAK Ranch here locally It’s a Therapuetic Ranch for Animals & Kids helping children develop life skills through interaction with animals
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband Travis and 3 children Nicole & Jenna who are nurses and Matthew our son enjoys rescuing animals with me
