In 2005, Kristen relocated from Orange County to California's Central Coast to pursue her studies at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Captivated by the region's lifestyle, she has since made it her home. Kristen earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance in 2009. Following her graduation, she spent five years in accounting and business operations before obtaining her Broker License in 2014. She then joined Richardson Properties as a Broker Associate, where her extensive background in business and finance has proven invaluable to the team.
