In 2005, Kristen relocated from Orange County to California's Central Coast to pursue her studies at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Captivated by the region's lifestyle, she has since made it her home. Kristen earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance in 2009. Following her graduation, she spent five years in accounting and business operations before obtaining her Broker License in 2014. She then joined Richardson Properties as a Broker Associate, where her extensive background in business and finance has proven invaluable to the team. Kristen's commitment to her clients, strong work ethic, and meticulous attention to detail distinguish her as a dedicated real estate professional.

Outside of her career, Kristen cherishes time with her family and friends, enjoys reading, wine tasting, running, and snowboarding. She resides in Los Osos with her husband and two daughters, embracing the charm of small-town coastal living. Additionally, Kristen serves as the Treasurer for the Rotary Daybreak Club of San Luis Obispo, a non-profit organization dedicated to upholding high ethical standards in both personal and professional spheres. She is also an active Ambassador for the San Luis Obispo Chamber of Commerce and coaches a local youth soccer league. Kristen is committed to her community and continually seeks opportunities to contribute and engage with those around her.
