In 1989, Orange County faced a significant downturn, with housing prices plummeting and the county itself declaring bankruptcy. Despite the prevailing pessimism, Kristen maintained a positive outlook and launched her career with enthusiasm and resilience. Navigating the difficulties of the time required tenacity, but she remained committed to her goals.
