With over 12 years of experience in the real estate sector, Kristen began her career in 2002 as a sales associate at Silver Lakes Realty, quickly establishing herself as a top performer in her inaugural year. In 2004, her firm transitioned to an EXIT Realty franchise, and by 2006, Kristen and her partners acquired the franchise, expanding their operations to include two offices and a team of 25 agents. Her extensive knowledge of the EXIT Realty brand led to her appointment as Regional Administrator in 2009, where she played a pivotal role in the growth and management of the EXIT Realty network across Southern California, encompassing 25 offices and 400 agents.

As a third-generation Realtor and investor, Kristen possesses a deep understanding of the raw land market. Initially concentrating on residential real estate, she has always had a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of land transactions. The evolution of her career into Regional Administration provided her with valuable insights into cutting-edge real estate technology, which she now applies to her primary focus: raw land.
