As a youngster my parents instilled strength and curiosity in me by sailing the Pacific Ocean hiking the Sierra Nevada’s and traveling abroad This lead to sailing an 18th century replica ship from Canada to Australia and a five-year stint in New Zealand going to school and working Back in Washington State I have had the honor and pleasure to work locally at WSU Extension and regionally as the Education and Outreach Manager and a grant and policy coordinator with the Puget Sound Partnership I have thoroughly enjoyed helping people and organizations better understand and manage this amazing place we call home I am delighted to be raising a family and building a life in the most beautiful place on earth
