Why I love Lane County: I moved to Eugene in 1988 to attend the University of Oregon I never expected to remain beyond my time at school However I didn't expect to fall in love with the Willamette Valley the perfect sized community of Eugene its vibrancy as a city and its abundance of natural beauty 25+ years of hikes camping swimming holes & ocean beaches and I am still finding new places to explore Our local food and drink options are amazing And the people!
