Kristina Quesada serves as a Realtor with The Werth Group at Douglas Elliman in Coronado, where she also holds the position of Partner and Chief Financial Officer. Recently, The Werth Group was honored as one of the top ten teams within the Douglas Elliman Western Region.
Renowned for her personable approach and diligent work ethic, Kristina has cultivated a strong base of repeat clients and referrals. She is dedicated to providing sophisticated and exceptional experiences for consumers in the luxury real estate market.
Before her tenure at Douglas Elliman, Kristina worked as a Media Broker in Tucson, Arizona, with a leading national firm, where she specialized in the acquisition and disposition of radio and television stations, as well as outdoor advertising assets. Additionally, she served as the Acquisitions Director for a boutique commercial real estate firm, successfully sourcing and closing transactions exceeding $250 million in apartment complexes and storage facilities throughout the Southwest.
Kristina is actively involved in her community, serving as the Outreach Chair for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s annual Chef Throwdown at the Hotel Del Coronado. She is also the Co-Chair for the largest fundraiser of the Rady Children’s Hospital Coronado Auxiliary.
A graduate of the University of Arizona's Eller School of Management, Kristina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. Originally from Tucson, she now resides in beautiful Coronado, California, with her husband and two children. In her free time, she enjoys attending concerts in the park, spending time at the beach with her family, and practicing yoga.
Kristina is a licensed Realtor in California and a member of the National Association of Realtors in San Diego County.
