Beginning her career at the age of 21 as a mortgage broker’s assistant and later as an agent’s assistant, Kristina quickly acquired essential skills that propelled her upward in the industry. With two decades of experience, she has cultivated a mastery of all aspects of real estate, offering her clients a depth of insight that is rare among her peers. As a natural entrepreneur and skilled negotiator, Kristina is committed to being available for her clients' needs at all times. Kristina's passion for helping others stems from her own experiences with frequent relocations as a child in a military family. After becoming a parent, she gained firsthand insight into the importance of establishing roots. In addition to managing and expanding Chroma Realty, Kristina is the founder of a lead generation startup that enhances her capabilities in private sales. She is also spearheading a free co-working space in downtown Lafayette. Outside of her professional commitments, Kristina enjoys exploring new destinations with her four-year-old daughter, Hattie, particularly those that offer sunshine and turquoise waters.
