Tina's journey in the Charlotte area began in 1986 when she moved here for college, and she has been dedicated to the community ever since. After graduating and starting a family, her interest in the real estate market deepened.

Her first venture into real estate was a bold decision to purchase a foreclosure. Within just three months, she successfully resold the property for a profit, marking the beginning of her real estate career.

Since then, Tina has engaged in numerous transactions involving foreclosures, combining her enthusiasm for home renovation with her innate desire to assist others.
