Kristine Torrance, a Laguna Beach native, brings over 25 years of extensive experience in the real estate sector, rooted in a family legacy of real estate professionals. Her career commenced in development and property management, where she worked with Smyth Asset Management, a prominent local developer in Orange County. She later expanded her expertise at William Wilson & Associates/Equity Office in the San Francisco Bay Area, overseeing the management of Class A commercial office and retail spaces. Her role encompassed operations, financial oversight, transaction management, leasing, and tenant improvements.

Kristine subsequently dedicated a significant portion of her career to real estate consulting at Ernst & Young LLP/Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group and Deloitte Consulting, serving as a Senior Consultant and Manager. Her project portfolio includes real estate valuation, corporate real estate advisory, loan due diligence, corporate location strategy, lease analysis, and portfolio assessment.

Since her return to Laguna Beach in 2003, Kristine has continued to leverage her diverse background in sales and leasing transactions, as well as special projects for her clients. Her deep understanding of the local market, combined with a robust network of social and business contacts, enhances her comprehensive knowledge of real estate. Kristine is dedicated to building strong relationships with her clients and delivering impactful results.

She holds a degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and is a certified Real Property Administrator (RPA) through the Building Owners and Managers Institute International (BOMI).
