Kyle’s mother, Janet McCollough, has been a prominent real estate agent in Encinitas for over 27 years, providing him with invaluable insights into the industry.

After completing high school, Kyle pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on marketing at the University of Hawaii’s Shidler College of Business. His coursework included Customer Behavior, Marketing Research, Professional Selling, Sales Management, and Marketing Strategy, equipping him with essential skills to effectively position and market properties in today’s competitive landscape.
