Kynse Leigh Agles embarked on her real estate journey in Southwest Florida in 2000, initially serving as a personal assistant to a leading team at RE/MAX. She has been a licensed Realtor in Florida since 2003 and has been an integral part of the RE/MAX family. In 2014, Kynse took a significant step by acquiring a RE/MAX franchise in Downtown Fort Myers, where she operated as the Owner and Managing Broker of RE/MAX Dream until 2019. At that point, she merged her successful brokerage to establish The Dream Team with RE/MAX, allowing her to dedicate more time to her clients, family, and her nonprofit organization, “Don’t Bury Good Organs Inc.”

A passionate advocate for organ donation awareness, Kynse's commitment stems from her personal experience as a kidney and pancreas transplant recipient in 2017. Residing in the historic district of Fort Myers with her son, Lincoln, Kynse balances her professional life with personal interests, often spending time fishing in the Gulf of Mexico or caring for her thoroughbred rescue horse, Titan.
