Laila, a lifelong resident of Houston, earned her degree with honors from the University of Houston. Her early exposure to the real estate industry began at her father's construction company, which sparked her interest in the field. While still completing her studies, Laila joined Greenwood King Properties as an assistant to top producer Val Lankford.
