About Lance Taylor

Lance hails from Mountain Home, a picturesque lake town in Northern Arkansas, where he graduated from the University of Arkansas. He comes from a distinguished lineage of real estate professionals; his grandfather founded a brokerage in 1968, which his father took over in 1981. Additionally, Lance's two brothers are successful agents with Keller Williams Realty in Northwest Arkansas. While pursuing degrees in Finance and Engineering in college, he began his career as a buyer's agent and obtained his real estate license at the age of 18. His dynamic energy, enthusiasm, and solid foundation in real estate make him a valuable member of The Taylor Team.

After a brief hiatus from real estate to explore his passion for product development and design, Lance traveled to Asia to collaborate with manufacturing partners and distributors, focusing on introducing energy-efficient lighting technology to the U.S. and other markets. In 2009, he relocated to the North Dallas area, seeking a better life for his family. He is a devoted father to two young daughters who keep him actively engaged outside of his professional endeavors.

Lance is committed to delivering exceptional service to his clients, aiming to elevate the standard of client experiences in real estate. He states, “Great service in any industry is a challenge to find. My goal is to provide a concierge level of service to my buyer clients in the North Dallas area.” He specializes in assisting first-time home buyers and sellers, as well as investors and luxury clientele.

Beyond his professional life, Lance is passionate about music, playing the keyboard, guitar, and harmonica. He also enjoys snow skiing, wakeboarding, and scuba diving. In his leisure time, he can often be found playing ping pong or cornhole, or embarking on new travel adventures. Additionally, Lance is actively involved in his church community in Frisco.
