Landon began his career at a young age, taking on a position bagging groceries while still in his teens. Over the next few years, he quickly advanced within the store, ultimately becoming a manager and serving in that role for six years. However, as upper management began to cut benefits and lay off staff, Landon faced a pivotal choice: to remain in a diminishing role or to forge a new path.

This led him to establish his own fence construction company, where he first dipped his toes into entrepreneurship. Yet it was in 2005, upon entering the real estate sector, that Landon discovered his true passion. Since then, he has built a reputation as one of Texarkana’s most reliable and high-performing Realtors, even receiving an endorsement from Dave Ramsey, a prominent figure in financial advice.

Having lived in Texarkana since 1986, Landon possesses a deep-rooted connection to his community. He is a proud graduate of Pleasant Grove High School and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Marketing from Texas A&M University – Texarkana. Additionally, he has achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. Landon believes in the importance of continuous education in real estate and consistently invests in advanced training to enhance his expertise.
