Larry M. Black is a seasoned real estate professional with a distinguished career spanning several decades. He began his journey in the real estate sector by obtaining his California Real Estate Salesman license in 1978, followed by a California Real Estate Broker license in 1985. His early career was marked by his tenure at Realty World Boyer & Black from 1978 to 1985, after which he joined Century 21, where he has continued to excel to this day.

Throughout his career, Larry has consistently ranked among the top 10% of sales associates within the Century 21 franchise system. He holds the prestigious Centurion Double Centurion and Master Hall of Fame designations, making him the first individual in his company to achieve these honors. His leadership extends to the local real estate community, having served as President of the area Association of Realtors in both 1998 and 2008. In recognition of his contributions, he has been awarded the title of Realtor for Life by the local Association of Realtors.

Larry is an active member and Director of the State Association of Realtors and is also affiliated with the National Association of Realtors and various regional multiple listing services. His commitment to community service is evident from his role as President of the Regional Chamber of Commerce for the San Gabriel Valley during 2008-2009.
