About Larry Johns

Larry Johns launched his real estate career in Atlanta, where he joined a leading builder specializing in new construction. His dedication and expertise quickly led him to the position of sales manager for the North division, where he played a pivotal role in sales training, management, and product development. A graduate of Georgia State University with a BBA in management, Larry is also a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Circle of the National Association of Homebuilders Sales and Marketing Council.

In 1987, Larry relocated to Orlando, continuing his focus on new home sales and earning multiple Million Dollar awards from national homebuilders. His commitment to professional development is evidenced by two designations from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). In 1997, he and his wife, Jill, who is also his business partner, moved to Sarasota to enjoy the area's stunning waterfront. Larry spent the next 11 years with a respected local homebuilder, garnering additional sales accolades.

Transitioning into general real estate, Larry furthered his qualifications by obtaining the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation and an e-certification from the National Association of REALTORS®. He is an active member of the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee. Larry is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring clients are well-informed about market trends, product knowledge, marketing strategies, social media, and financing options, all grounded in trust and integrity.
