With nearly 12 years of experience in the greater Lake Sunapee Region of New Hampshire, this real estate professional has built a strong foundation in the industry, following in the footsteps of her mother, Ann Hallahan. Ann established Ann C Hallahan Real Estate in 1988, located near the Bement Covered Bridge in Bradford, New Hampshire. The agent joined her mother’s firm in 1999 and obtained her broker's license just a year later.

An active participant in the local REALTOR board, she has contributed to nearly every committee and held the position of President from 2001 to 2003. Currently, she serves as Liaison to the Affiliates Committee, Chair of the Programs Finance Committee, and Chair of the REALTOR of the Year Committee, among other roles.
