About Lauren Schneider

Since 1997, this dedicated real estate professional has called Colorado Springs home, a city she cherishes deeply. A competitive figure skater in her youth, she trained at the Broadmoor World Arena and is a proud alumna of Cheyenne Mountain High School. She furthered her education at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, where she developed a strong foundation for her career.

Together with her husband, Grant, she chose Colorado Springs as the ideal place to raise their family, which includes their three children: Brooke, age 5, Braeden, age 3, and Brynn, age 1. After spending seven years in corporate finance, she transitioned to real estate, driven by a desire to assist families while maintaining a balance with her own family life. Her commitment to serving military families is particularly strong, stemming from her own family’s military background. She recognizes the vital role the military plays in making Colorado Springs the vibrant community it is today.

In her real estate career, she has achieved remarkable success. In 2016, she closed 98 transactions, placing her in the top 1.5% of agents in Colorado Springs. Her accolades include the RE/MAX Chairman's Club award and the Quantum Leap award, but her most valued achievement is the trust and respect of her clients, many of whom have become lifelong friends. The following year, her team surpassed expectations by closing over 210 transactions, earning her the RE/MAX Hall of Fame award.
