Laurent has deep roots in Florida, having spent nearly five decades on the state's west coast. He pursued his education in St. Petersburg and Clearwater before earning his degree from the University of South Florida. Following graduation, he launched a successful soccer retail business in Tampa, expanding it to four locations and achieving sales exceeding one million dollars. In 2003, Laurent sold his business and relocated to Palm Coast a year later.

Since entering the real estate sector in 2004, Laurent has leveraged his extensive local knowledge to facilitate seamless transactions for his clients.
