Her journey in this field began during her childhood, where she worked as a Listing Coordinator alongside Ruth, a significant mentor in her career. At the age of 20, Ruth challenged Leann to obtain her real estate license and purchase her first home within six months—a challenge Leann embraced wholeheartedly.

Since then, Leann has built a distinguished career, amassing over $100 million in real estate sales since 2001. Her expertise spans various aspects of the industry, including buying, renovating, investing, and selling properties. She has a particular passion for assisting first-time homebuyers in achieving their dream of homeownership, as well as guiding clients through investment and renovation projects in the San Diego area.

Leann resides in the Mt. Helix neighborhood of East County, close to her roots in Jamul, California. She is married and a proud mother of three, along with their dog, Buddy. In her personal time, Leann enjoys traveling, attending her children's sporting events, and contributing to her community through the YMCA and her non-profit organization, The Dallas Pugh Foundation, which focuses on youth suicide prevention in memory of her brother.
