After joining the Navy as an MH-53E Aircrewman during his college years, Lee was first stationed in Corpus Christi, Texas, before transferring to Pensacola. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Following his graduation, Lee obtained his real estate license and began his career with Century 21 Richardson Agency, where he worked until 2007.

In pursuit of new opportunities, Lee took on the role of Assistant Store Manager at the newly opened Kohl's Department Store in Pensacola. Over three years, he successfully managed an $18 million business before returning to his passion for real estate.
