Lena is a seasoned real estate professional who, alongside her business partner, operates throughout Los Angeles and its neighboring regions. She specializes in collaborating with home flippers, leveraging her negotiation skills to secure optimal prices while applying her keen design sensibility to enhance property value.

In addition to her real estate pursuits, Lena is the owner of Sand n Surf in Santa Monica and Santa Monica Luggage. With a solid background in finance, she has successfully balanced multiple retail ventures for over a decade, all while maintaining a thriving career in real estate.

A resident of Malibu for more than twenty years, Lena is deeply engaged in her community through various philanthropic efforts. She serves as the financial secretary for the PTSA and leads initiatives such as spirit wear and the Shark Fund at Malibu High School. Additionally, as treasurer of the MHS Athletics Booster Club, she organizes the annual Christmas tree lot each December and oversees the Marie Smith Track Invitational. Lena also holds the position of treasurer for the La Costa Homeowners Association and chairs the Beautification Committee.

Outside of her professional commitments, Lena enjoys supporting local restaurants, reading, and traveling. Her interests include gardening, yoga, cooking, and fine wine. She is fluent in Armenian, Arabic, and Turkish.

Lena finds her greatest joy in spending quality time with her husband of over twenty years and their two children, Alex and Gabriella. With her extensive experience and diverse skill set, Lena is well-equipped to guide clients through the vibrant real estate landscape of Los Angeles.
