About Leslie Cirelli

Licensed since 1986, he began his career at Circus Real Estate in Clifton. In 1997, he transitioned to Weichert Realtors in Landing, New Jersey. By 1999, he had obtained his broker's license and took on the role of office manager for Weichert Realtors in Jefferson, a position he held until 2001. He then moved to manage the RE/MAX First Choice office in Roxbury.

In early 2002, he acquired his first of three offices, becoming the broker of record for RE/MAX Elite Services in Byram, Hackettstown, and Denville, where he served from 2002 to 2006. After selling his ownership rights in 2006, he continued as the Broker of Record for the company.

In October 2012, he collaborated with Ernest Williams III and John Oestreich to establish Highmark Real Estate, an independent boutique agency. He recognized that a significant portion of his business stemmed from past clients and referrals, leading him to conclude that the franchise model, with its associated fees and policies, was unnecessary.

He emphasizes that clients choose him for his expertise and commitment, rather than the branding of a company.
