Since obtaining her license in 1989, she has earned several prestigious designations, including CRS, SRES®, and CDPE. With a career spanning more than 25 years, Leslie has consistently prioritized client service in real estate. Before becoming a REALTOR®, she held the position of Platinum Affiliate with the Bay East Association of REALTORS®, where she excelled as a Sales and Marketing Manager and Sales Manager in the title insurance and escrow fields.

Leslie has been an active member of the Tri-Valley Board of Directors since 2014, contributing to the strategic direction of the association through sound organizational and financial policies. The board includes the Association President, President-Elect, Treasurer, Past President, CEO, and 16 Directors representing various geographic districts.

In addition, Leslie has participated in the Local Government Relations Committee since 2014, focusing on enhancing the association's relationships with community governments and stakeholders in alignment with the Strategic Plan. Since 2016, she has also been a member of the Local Candidate Recommendation Committee (LCRC), where she monitors local political developments, interviews candidates for elected positions, and fosters connections with elected officials.

Leslie has served on the board of directors for The Pleasanton Rose Show for 13 years. This community event, held at the Pleasanton Senior Center on Mother’s Day weekend, invites residents to showcase their homegrown roses. Dubbed “the people’s show,” it fosters community engagement and supports Feed Tri-Valley, a collaborative initiative that aids local families facing food insecurity. Through partnerships with organizations like Tri-Valley Haven and Open Heart Kitchen, Feed Tri-Valley has provided assistance to over 775 households and serves more than 25,000 meals each month.

In her leisure time, Leslie enjoys traveling, gardening—particularly roses—playing bocce ball, and wine tasting, cherishing moments spent with family and friends.
