Lianne Russo Liddell is a dedicated REALTOR® and Associate Broker at Occasio Realty, deeply rooted in the real estate industry. Her passion for the field was cultivated from an early age, influenced by her father, Frank Russo, who has been a prominent real estate agent in the Phoenix area for nearly four decades. Lianne fondly recalls her childhood experiences, such as labeling postcards for her father's "just listed" announcements in exchange for ice cream treats from Dairy Queen.

After earning dual Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Spanish from Arizona State University, Lianne embarked on a career in education. She joined the Teach for America program, teaching special education in a low-income West Valley school district. Her affinity for structured processes and systematic approaches, essential in teaching, seamlessly transitioned into her real estate career. Lianne later obtained her Master’s in Education with a focus on Special Education from Arizona State University. Her journey then took her to Pune, India, where she served as a teacher trainer with Teach for India, mentoring educators in English-speaking institutions.

Upon returning to the United States, Lianne continued her work in education for several years before obtaining her real estate license in 2014. Within a year, she achieved her GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute) and CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) designations. A lifelong learner, she pursued her Real Estate Broker’s license in 2017, successfully passing the exam just one month before welcoming her daughter.
