About Linda Bligh

Linda Bligh, originally from Honolulu, Hawaii, spent her formative years in New Jersey. She earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Journalism and English from Montclair State University, followed by graduate studies at Rutgers University. In 1996, seeking a warmer climate, she relocated to Coconut Creek, Florida, where she established her home and family, raising two children, Jake and Madison. Linda is deeply committed to her community, actively volunteering with local schools, parks, and recreational programs.

Shortly after her move to South Florida, Linda embarked on her real estate career as a Sales Associate with EXIT Team Realty. Her exceptional performance earned her accolades as both Top Listings Agent and Top Sales Agent from her office, as well as recognition from EXIT’s Regional and International offices. This success led to her recruitment as a Regional Director for EXIT Florida, where she managed Franchise Sales and provided support and training to over 135 Brokers and Franchisees statewide, significantly contributing to the growth of the EXIT brand.

To prioritize family time, Linda transitioned to Realty Associates as a Senior Regional Advisor. In this role, she played a pivotal part in expanding the company by opening five new offices and recruiting over 500 agents. While overseeing daily operations, her primary focus remained on empowering agents to enhance their production and achieve their financial objectives.

Linda has also shared her extensive market knowledge as an independent consultant, assisting other Broker/Owners in recruiting and boosting office performance for firms such as EXIT Realty Gallery, Berger Realty Group, Re/Max Advisor, and Shawn Elliott Real Estate.

In 2014, Linda accepted an opportunity with United Realty Group to establish and develop a branch office in Parkland, Florida. Through her leadership, the office has grown to over 150 agents, with Linda implementing effective training and operational procedures. Her expertise and guidance have earned her the trust and respect of her colleagues, who frequently seek her coaching.

Active in the real estate community, Linda is involved with the local Real Estate Board, FAR, NAR, and the Women’s Council of Realtors. She is also a member of several local Chambers of Commerce and is known for her volunteer efforts throughout the community.
