Bob and Linda Zdora, the driving force behind The Z-Team Realtors, began their journey together in 1972 when they married and established their family in Chicago, Illinois. Bob's commitment to service led him to enlist in the United States Marine Corps, where he served during the Vietnam War. Following his military service, he enjoyed a distinguished 34-year career as a Sergeant with the Chicago Police Department. Together, Bob and Linda have two sons, Robert and Jason, who continue to call Chicago home.

In 2003, the couple relocated to the picturesque Ozarks, where they embarked on new careers as REALTORS and Executive Brokers with Century 21 LeMac Realty in Mountain Home, Arkansas. Over the years, they expanded their team to include Reese Tubbs, Sam McMaster, and Darlene Clark, each bringing a wealth of diverse skills and experiences.
